Heat, wood,
and ice.
The oldest wellness ritual in the world is also the simplest: get hot, get cold, repeat. We carry traditional cedar saunas, infrared cabins, and the cold plunges that pair with them — sized and installed for Colorado homes.
Rocks, water, steam.
We carry Leisurecraft for traditional Finnish-style saunas — the Canadian cedar specialist whose barrels and cabins you've seen on half the cabin porches between here and Telluride. A proper Leisurecraft heats air to 170–190°F and lets you pour water on the rocks to spike the humidity. Real heat, real löyly (the burst of steam when water hits the rocks), electric or wood-fired.
- 01Indoor cabins2-to-6-person pre-built kits, delivered and installed in a day.
- 02Outdoor barrels & cabinsWestern red cedar and thermo-wood for the backyard or cabin.
- 03Wood-fired heatersFor off-grid installs where electric isn't practical.
The only thermally modified barrel saunas in North America.
Thermory takes Nordic spruce and enhances it with nothing but heat and steam — no chemicals, no shrinking, no rot. Unlike cedar, which roughens over time, thermally modified spruce stays stable and beautiful for decades. Pre-cut and pre-milled for a one-day DIY install with no cutting, and every kit ships with the rain jacket, flooring, and exterior trim included.
Gentler heat, simpler install.
For infrared we carry Health Mate — the brand that essentially invented the residential infrared category and still makes the cleanest-burning panels in the industry. They run cooler (120–140°F), plug into a standard outlet, and don't need venting or a permit in most jurisdictions. A good fit for a spare bedroom, a master bath, or anyone who finds traditional heat too intense.
- 011–3 person cabinsCompact Health Mate cabins that fit through a standard doorway.
- 02Full-spectrum panelsNear, mid, and far infrared for a range of therapy depths.
- 03Plug-and-play110V outlet, no hardwiring or dedicated circuit required.
The other half of contrast therapy.
Cold plunges are the half of the wellness ritual most people skip until they don't. We carry two complementary lines: Leisurecraft cold plunges built from the same cedar we sell in their saunas, and the Kodiak — an insulated, chiller-equipped, heater-equipped plunge that holds 39–104°F automatically, year-round.
- 01Leisurecraft cedar plungePairs with their saunas — same wood, same lineage. Ideal for owners who want a traditional aesthetic alongside a Leisurecraft cabin or barrel.
- 02Kodiak chilled & heated plungeInsulated cabinet, integrated chiller and heater, automated water care. Holds your set temperature 39–104°F without manual ice or daily maintenance.
- 03Indoor or outdoor installDrainage, electrical, and pad considerations are similar to a hot tub. We walk the site and quote both pieces of the pairing together.
Heat, cold, and how they help.
- 01Relaxation & recoveryDry heat relaxes muscles and is a favorite way to unwind after work or a workout — a quiet ritual that's easy to make a habit.
- 02Lowers everyday stressWarming up, cooling down, and repeating is one of the oldest, simplest ways people have found to decompress.
- 03Heart-health researchLong-running studies in Finland have associated regular sauna bathing with cardiovascular benefits — promising research, though everyone's situation is different.
- 04Contrast therapy with a cold plungeAlternating sauna heat with a cold plunge is a popular recovery ritual that many people find invigorating and refreshing.
These are general wellness benefits, not medical advice. Sauna and cold-plunge use isn't for everyone — if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, check with your doctor first, and avoid alcohol before a session.
Not sure which type is right for you?
We keep working units of both in the showroom. Come try each — it only takes fifteen minutes and it usually settles the question.
